Spraggins Law Firm, LLC is a boutique law firm focusing on real estate law.  We can help you smoothly close your residential, commercial, or mortgage refinance transaction.  Or, if you already own real property, we can help to correct any problems with title such as judgments, liens, estate issues, or ownership claims. Each file receives personal attention from a seasoned lawyer and an experienced closing specialist.  We organize and catalog each file using the latest technology. And, we have procedures in place to track each phase of your real estate transaction. Our office is in Gwinnett County, but we will travel to close any real estate transaction.  We are there every step of the way.

Security: We use encrypted emails to safeguard sensitive information, and we have procedures in place to protect against wire fraud.

Transparency: The firm eliminated wire fees.

Peace of Mind: We partnered with WFG and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company for title insurance. 

Flexibility: The firm is located in Gwinnett County, but we will travel to close a real estate transaction.

Charles "C.J." Spraggins is a Georgia native, lawyer, and founding member of Spraggins Law Firm, LLC.

He is a 2006 graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and a 2000 graduate of the Georgia State University School of Music.

C.J.  began his career as an attorney in New York City conducting due diligence, handling residential real estate closings, and counseling condominium and cooperative boards.  He later transitioned into litigating commercial and real property disputes throughout all five boroughs of New York and Long Island.   Over the years, he has helped clients from all facets of life and a wide variety of backgrounds to resolve their legal issues and to protect their interests.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York (2007) and the State of Georgia (2019).

C.J. speaks French, he is a former wrestler, he holds a black belt in Aikido, and he currently studies Brazilian Jujitsu.  He also enjoys traveling, live music, and card games.
